The Rolling Stones are back on the road and just played their first concert of the 2017 “No Filter” European Tour
The Rolling Stones are back on the road and played the first concert of the “No Filter European Tour” last night at Festwiese am Stadtpark in Hamburg, Germany. The concert featured some surprises as the band performed songs that are usually left out their live sets such as “Under My Thumb” and “Play With Fire”, however the biggest surprise was “Dancing With Mr. D” from “Goats Head Soup” that they hadn’t performed since 1973! The band opened the show with “Sympathy For The Devil”, that is usually played towards the end of the sets, they did some of their usual hits and some songs from their latest album “Lonesome and Blue” including the album’s first single “Ride ‘Em Down”. The show ended with “Jumpin’ Jack Flash”. The Stones will be playing Europe during the next month and half. Videos of the Hamburg concert already started to surface on the internet and it proves that the Stones are in their usual good shape despite the recent health problems of Ron Wood. Here’s the setlist of the concert:
1 “Sympathy for the Devil”
2 “It’s Only Rock ‘n’ Roll (But I Like It)”
3 “Out of Control”
4 “Just Your Fool”
5 “Ride ‘Em on Down”
6 “You Can’t Always Get What You Want”
