Born in Midland, Texas on July 23, 1961, the actor Woody Harrelson has built throughout the years one of the most solid careers in Hollywood. His capacity of playing a wide and different range of characters have earned already three Academy Awards for Best Actor and Best Supporting Actor nominations. Harrelson rose to fame in the 1980’s as the barman Woody Boyd in the hit tv series “Cheers”. During the 1990’s he begun to appear regularly in acclaimed and controversial movies such as “Natural Born Killers” and “The People Vs. Larry Flynt”.
