After the band broke up in 1997 after playing a final show in Lisbon, Portugal where they surprised the fans with the announcement, Patton (who always kept musical side projects while in Faith No More) multiplied himself even further in several projects such as Fantômas, Pepping Tom, while still keeping Mr. Bungle active. In 2009, Faith No More got together again and did several concerts until 2012. They released their latest album “Sol Invictus” in 2015 and are currently on hiatus.
