“Too Shy”, released in January 1983 as the first single from Kajagoogoo’s debut album “White Feathers”, was also written by the band. With a catchy Pop beat and lyrics, the song remains Kajagoogoo’s biggest hit. Featuring lead vocals by the band’s then singer Limahl and produced by Duran Duran keyboardist Nick Rhodes and Colin Thurston, the latter of whom had produced Duran Duran’s first two albums, “Too Shy” went No.1 in the UK on February 19, 1983, it became a worldwide hit and also peaked to No.5 on the U.S Hot 100.
