Ace Frehley aka The Spaceman was born Paul Daniel Frehley on April 27, 1951 in The Bronx, New York City. The original guitarist and founding member of KISS remained with the band from 1973 to 1982, regarded as their most creative and successful period, recording legendary albums such as “Kiss”, “Destroyer” or “Alive”. He returned to the band in 1996 but departed again in 2002. Despite the controversy surrounding the conflicts within the band’s original members Paul Stanley, Gene Simmons and Peter Criss, Frehley reunited with Kiss In October 2018, on the Kiss Kruise. The Spaceman also sung lead vocals in several Kiss songs and released his debut solo album “Ace Frehley” in 1978. Ace turns 73 and we look back at 10 of the best Kiss songs during Ace Frehley era.
